The hotel had a great location, close to the metro and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing accurate directions and even calling a taxi for us. The room was larger than expected and surprisingly quiet, a pleasant surprise.

Excellent location, beautiful furnishings and decor, helpful and professional staff, comfortable rooms and bathrooms, lovely artwork, convenient for tourists.

The venue exceeded my expectations with its luxuriously exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the spa & wellness centre was phenomenal, offering an array of rejuvenating treatments that left me feeling utterly pampered. My favourite treatments were the full body massage and beauty treatment which were executed flawlessly by skilled and friendly staff. the in-room breakfast was another highlight, being both delicious and convenient. the room's private facilities were impeccable with everything I could want provided. It's worth mentioning the hotel's prime location that was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.

The venue's restaurant was a bit of a letdown with a limited menu that didn't quite live up to my expectations. it didn't detract too much from my overall experience and I still enjoyed the hotel's other dining options.
